Our Client, a leading HR, Employment Law and Health & Safety Consultancy are looking for an experienced Employment Tribunal Specialist/ Advocate / Employment Solicitor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience as an advocate in final hearings in court. Approximate salary range £50-£60k, however s tarting salary flexible depending on experience.

The Successful Employment Tribunal Advocate will be required to:- Work with clients on Tribunal Claims to include: negotiating with ACAS, drafting ET3 responses, disclosure, bundle preparation, drafting witness statements and any COT3/Settlement Agreements; Day to Day Case Management,





updating clients and ensuring they are given all commercial options available; Advocate at final tribunal hearings; Ensure all HR documentation used by our team of HR consultants is up to date and legislatively compliant and within best practice guidance; Assist with internal and external training on all aspects of HR and tribunals; Provide 3rd party onsite support if necessary, on Disciplinary, Grievance and consultation meetings; and Assist the internal marketing team with the drafting of press releases regarding up and coming/new legislation and how it can impact business. The ideal Employment Tribunal Advocate will have:- You will be qualified in law (LLB, CILEX) with a specialism in Employment Law; and ideally hold an LPC/BVC qualification Experience acting as an advocate at final hearing; Excellent time management skills; Ability to prioritise workload; Can do attitude; and

Good negotiation and communication skills. Full UK driving licence. Benefits of Employment Tribunal Advocate to include:- Competitive salary depending on experience.

Approximate range £50-£60k,





however reasonable applications will be considered based on experience. Private medical insurance after probationary period. Opportunity to progress within Company.

Remote based role with ad hoc travel to attend employment tribunals. EAP. Company laptop and mobile phone.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday. Some flexibility on start and finish times if required. Pension scheme.

33 days holiday including bank holidays, rising to 35 after 5 years’ service. Free parking. Retail discount vouchers.
