This role is ideal for a seasoned programme managerwith expertise in Dynamics Business Central andexperience driving financerelated programs that align with broaderorganisational goals.
RoleSummary :
The FinanceProgramme Manager will be responsible for leading and deliveringfinance transformation projects particularly focusing on theimplementation and optimisation of Dynamics Business Central.
Therole is ideal for an experienced program manager passionate aboutaligning finance initiatives with strategic organisationalobjectives enhancing processes and driving meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities :
- ProgrammeLeadership : Lead the delivery of finance transformationprojects with a focus on the implementation and optimisation ofDynamics Business Central across theorganisation.
- Strategic FinancialPlanning : Work closely with senior leadership to designand deliver a finance transformation strategy that supports thecompany s longterm objectives.
- Stakeholder Management : Engage with key stakeholders including Finance Directors and ITteams ensuring clear communication and alignment between businessand financial goals.
- System Integration : Oversee the integration of finance systems with otherbusinesscritical systems ensuring seamless data flow and reportingacross the organisation.
- Process Improvement :
Identify opportunities to optimise financial processes frombudgeting and forecasting to reporting and compliance ensuring thatthe finance function operates efficiently andeffectively.
- Governance &Reporting; : Implement robust governance frameworks for thefinance transformation program ensuring accurate reporting riskmanagement and accountability at every stage of theproject.
- Change Management : Leadchange management efforts to ensure that all finance teams areeffectively onboarded to new systems and processes minimisingdisruption and maximisingadoption.
- Risk & IssueManagement : Proactively identify and manage program risksworking with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans and ensurethe program stays on track.
- CrossfunctionalCollaboration :
Collaborate with IT data and otherrelevant teams to ensure successful implementation and integrationof finance systems with broader organisational technologystacks.
What We re LookingFor :
- Extensive experience in finance programmemanagement with a proven track record of delivering financetransformation projects preferably within Dynamics BusinessCentral.
- Strong understanding of financial processesincluding budgeting forecasting reporting andcompliance.
- Stakeholder management skills with experienceengaging with senior leaders Finance Directors and IT teams toalign program outcomes with businessobjectives.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreamsensuring that all aspects of the finance transformation aredelivered on time and withinscope.
- Experience in system integration and workingwithin multisystem environments to ensure seamless financialoperations.
- Strong expertise in governance and reportingwith experience establishing frameworks for financerelatedprograms.
- Knowledge of change management principleswith the ability to lead teams through the adoption of newprocesses and systems.
- Excellent risk management skills with theability to foresee and mitigate potential issues before they impactthe program.
