Impression Recruitment are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join our well-established client with further growth plans as a Sales Account Manager .
In order to be successful, you'll be a motivated and dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales. You should thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and possess exceptional communication skills that enable you to connect with clients effectively and build successful long lasting relationships.
Your duties as Sales Account Manager will be :
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to promote further growth.
- Develop and implement tailored strategies that drive client success.
- Track and analyse campaign successes for continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to align resources and deliver exceptional service, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Be an ambassador for the business at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
Key skills / qualities required :
- Previous sales experience with a track record of success.
- A natural talent for forging strong, lasting relationships, understanding client needs, and fostering loyalty
- A relentless drive to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results, even in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively,
both in writing and verbally, to engage clients.
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues to ensure clients receive the best possible service.
In return the successful Sales Account Manager will receive a salary of circa £30,000 with bonuses that could see your earnings reach £40,000 per annum! You'll be working Monday to Friday whilst having access to a fantastic benefits package including private healthcare, pension, team building incentives and more.
