About the role
Lloyd & Whyte , who are proudly part of Benefact Group , are looking for an Administrator to join our Community Broking team in their Exeter office.
Due to recent growth within the business, Lloyd & Whyte are pleased to be recruiting for a New Legal Indemnities Administrator Executive to join our team in Exeter, in support of our Lloyd & Whyte Community Broking Division.
Lloyd & Whyte Community Broking are a trusted insurance broker which has a specialist department providing Legal Indemnity Insurance, dedicated to meeting the unique needs of our clients.

Key responsibilities
- Entering client information and coordinating with Insurers and colleagues.
- Maintaining a comprehensive diary system and activity log to manage day to day income generation and returns.
- Data Input - Accounts and commission-related.
- Managing phone calls, emails and postal correspondence.
- Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed promptly and efficiently.
- Keeping key documents updated and well-organised.
- Proactively taking responsibility for assigned tasks and projects, where appropriate.
Knowledge, skills and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage a high-volume workload,
and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience working collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
- The capacity to interact and communicate effectively with diverse individuals, including external insurers and clients.
- Self-motivation with the capability to work independently, manage tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- A high level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A positive, proactive attitude, with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility, backed by a strong work ethic.
