About the Role :
- Design and deliver engaging and informative Psychology lessons across all year groups, adhering to the National Curriculum.
- Cultivate a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters a love of psychology, critical thinking, and scientific inquiry.
- Guide students in developing a comprehensive understanding of psychological concepts, theories, and research methods.
- Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE, A-Level, and beyond).
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Social Sciences department and contribute to school-wide events.
The Ideal Candidate :
- Possesses a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Psychology or a closely related subject.
- Demonstrates a strong passion for Psychology and a captivating teaching style.
- Excels in communication, interpersonal skills, and classroom management within a diverse learning environment.
