About the Role :
In this role, you’ll work closely with our event team to create engaging sales experiences that connect with potential customers and drive results for our clients.
As an Entry-Level Sales and Marketing Representative , your primary responsibility will be conducting face-to-face sales activities at events in various locations across Manchester.
Your efforts will directly contribute to helping non-profits raise funds and increase their impact.
Through our training and development programs, you’ll gain essential skills in sales techniques, marketing strategies, and customer engagement.
Whether at pop-up events, shopping centres, or community hubs, you’ll be the front-line representative,
helping us build lasting relationships and secure customer support.
Responsibilities :
- Event Engagement : Actively participate in events to promote client campaigns, ensuring a positive and professional representation of their brand.
- Face-to-Face Sales : Deliver compelling presentations to potential customers, driving sales and securing ongoing support for our non-profit clients.
- Sales Target Achievement : Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of campaigns and team objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Event Set-Up & Logistics : Assist in the organization and setup of promotional events to create inviting and effective sales environments.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members to share strategies and insights, ensuring the continuous improvement of our sales techniques.
- Market Research :
Gather feedback from customer interactions to refine messaging and identify opportunities for further growth.
- Professional Development : Attend training sessions designed to enhance your skills in sales, customer engagement, and marketing communication.
Requirements :
- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK. We cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas.
- Must not have applied to any openings with T9-Specialist within the past 30 days.
- Availability for full-time work, including flexibility for weekend and evening events.
- Confidence and enthusiasm for face-to-face sales, with a passion for engaging with the public.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people.
- Experience in sales, marketing, retail,
or hospitality is beneficial but not required; full training will be provided.
- Willingness to work across various locations in Manchester, with a focus on delivering outstanding results at each event.
- Please note : This is not a digital marketing position; it involves in-person, face-to-face sales.
