Day to day tasks and challenges can be difficult to approach, which makes you a crucial part of these young students developing life skills and confidence.
The school has professionals on site regularly to provide guidance to the support staff. This guidance ensures the candidate can take an educated approach when helping students.

Experience working with younger children with additional needs would be beneficial but not mandatory, the ideal candidate will be studying / achieved a 2 : 1 in a Psychology, Criminology, Sociology, Health and Social Care r relevant degree.
