Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to the Business / Economics department, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality curriculum.

- Collaborate with other department heads to design cross-curricular projects and enhance the overall educational experience.

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Specialization in Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Significant teaching experience in Business / Economics, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with an ability to inspire and motivate educators.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the business and economics curriculum.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Experience in curriculum development and assessment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
