Key Responsibilities :
- Participate in and execute marketing and sales campaigns at events, showcasing products and services directly to consumers.
- Act as the face of our clients’ brands,
engaging with potential customers to generate interest and convert leads into sales.
- Collaborate with team members to set up event stands and promotional spaces, ensuring they are visually appealing and organized to attract foot traffic.
- Engage in promotional activities including product demonstrations, brand storytelling, and sales pitches to maximize customer engagement.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback on-site to identify areas of improvement and relay information to marketing teams for strategy refinement.
- Assist with planning and coordinating events, including logistics, marketing materials, and setup to ensure smooth execution.
- Stay up-to-date with client product offerings, services, and industry trends to confidently represent brands and answer customer inquiries.
Requirements :
- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visa holders).
- Must not have applied to Aim within the past 30 days.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with others.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for face-to-face marketing and sales must enjoy working in a hands-on, customer-facing environment.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving sales and marketing goals.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and at various event locations as needed.
- No prior experience is required just a willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided.
