Desktop Support Engineer
6 Month contract initially
Based : Onsite in Bridgwater, Somerset
Market rates (via Umbrella company)

Key Responsibilities :
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues relating to IT Infrastructure issues hardware, Printers, mobile phones, Executive support.
- Managing incident queues and Vendor Management
- Handling calls with Customers, Executive user management
- Managing communication with customers
- Responding in a timely fashion to reactive or proactive incidents
- Recording and documenting incident tickets
- Monitoring Phones, emails, Microsoft Team chat for any incoming incidents
Key Skills & Experience :
- Supporting WIN-7 and WIN-10 Onsite and Remote
- Through knowledge on Supporting and Troubleshooting WIN-10 Laptop and Desktop, Tablets and HHUs
- Extensive knowledge of Desktop and Laptop Hardware and Software Management
- Hand-on experience with Windows, Tablets Device configuration and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of O365 Products and Services
- Knowledge on Device Security and Antivirus Programs
- PowerShell Scripting knowledge
- Proven experience in Desktop Site and Remote Support Role
- Extensive knowledge of Desktop and Laptop Hardware and Software Management
- Hand-on experience with Windows, Tablets Device configuration and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of O365 Products and Services
- Knowledge on Device Security and Antivirus Programs
