Year 3Teacher Responsibilities :
Planand deliver exciting and engaging lessons that challenge andinspire Year 3 students to reach their fullpotential
Monitor and assess students progressand keep regular records of Year 3 students academicperformance
Create a positive learningenvironment that is both safe and conducive forlearning
Collaborate with school managementteaching staff and parents to provide quality academic support forYear 3 students
Prepare and participate inschoolrelated activities such as performances events andparent / teacher meetings
Adhere to safeguardingpolicies and promote the welfare of all children
Use a variety of effective classroom management strategies toensure an orderly and safe learningenvironment
Year3 Teacher requirements :
QTS PGCEand strong academic record
Creative imaginativedetermined resourceful and adaptablepractitioner
Passionate aboutlearning
Able to demonstrate a track record ofsuccess within a Year 3 environment
Able tocommunicate your passion to children and parents
Ability to demonstrate outstanding practice in theclassroom
