- Design anddeliver engaging and challenging English lessons tailored to theneeds of highachieving students.
- Cultivate astimulating and supportive learning environment that fosters a loveof literature language and criticalthinking.
- Guide students in developing a deepunderstanding of core English principles literary analysis andcreative expression.
- Prepare students forsuccess in external examinations (GCSE ALevel and beyond)
at thehighest levels.
- Collaborate with colleagues inthe English department and across other disciplines to create aholistic learning experience.
- Contribute to theschools ongoing success and participate in extracurricularactivities related toEnglish.
