Requirements : Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), proven track record in KS2 teaching, and strong classroom management skills.
Responsibilities :
- Engage and Inspire : Deliver creative, engaging lessons that motivate students and foster a love for learning.
- Differentiate Instruction :
Cater to diverse learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
- Assessment and Feedback : Conduct regular assessments, provide feedback, and monitor students’ progress.
- Classroom Management : Maintain a positive, safe, and structured learning environment.
- Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support student development.
