It is an exciting time to join the University of Manchester during our bicentenary year, following the appointment of our new Executive Director of People, Eleanor Morrissey, and our President and Vice-Chancellor, Professor Duncan Ivison as we create our ambitious new strategy, Manchester 2035!
We are seeking to recruit 4 new Directors within People & Organisational Development to strengthen the leadership function within our Directorate and help deliver a People Strategy that enables us to achieve our strategic goals.
As the Director of Organisational Effectiveness and Culture, you will lead a dynamic team focused on enhancing the University's culture and effectiveness.
Reporting to senior leadership within the People Directorate, you will set the strategic direction for organisational transformation, employee wellbeing, and performance optimisation.
You will also play a key role in promoting the One University’ mindset through collaborative behaviours and innovative cultural initiatives.
The University of Manchester will be leading the search directly and will not be engaging the services of any third-party agencies as part of the recruitment process.
