Full-Time Year 2 Primary School Teacher
Location : Wandsworth Town, SW18
Start Date : January 2024
Contract : Full-Time, Fixed Term (January - July)

A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Wandsworth Town is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher to join their team in January 2024 .
This is a full-time position requiring commitment for the remainder of the academic year.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons to a Year 2 class, ensuring all students are challenged and supported to reach their full potential.
- Plan and assess lessons in line with the National Curriculum , tailoring teaching to meet the needs of all pupils,
including those with special educational needs .
- Work closely with support staff to provide a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
- Liaise with parents and carers to maintain positive communication and support children's progress.
Requirements :
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Previous experience teaching in a UK primary school is required, particularly within Key Stage 1 .
- A strong understanding of the Year 2 curriculum, with the ability to plan effective lessons and track pupil progress.
- A commitment to providing high-quality education and the ability to adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
- Willingness to commit to the role for the remainder of the academic year (January to July 2024).
