What is the Graduate Management Programme?
The Graduate Management Programme is an 18 24-month
programme open to ambitious graduates with at least 6 months of work experience
in hospitality , looking to become our Junior Managers of the future. The on
the job training is complemented with a series of training courses, which are
tailored to you, to help you develop the managerial skills needed for a
managerial position.
1. Programme focus areas - 9-12 months Rooms Division Training : Reception; Housekeeping; Guest Relations; Night Management;
Concierge and Duty Management.
2. Programme focus areas - 9-12 months Food and Beverage training : Fine Dining; Restaurant Service; Room Service; Bar and Lounge;
Conference and Banqueting; Sommelier Training (if requested).
