Position : Year 1 Teacher
Location : Haringey

Are you a Year 1 Teacher with a real passion to share and educate young people? Step Teachers are working alongside an ambitious primary school in Haringey, who are seeking an enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher with a desire to instil that passion in the school’s students.
Year 1 Teacher Role :
- Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum
- Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed
- Work effectively with other members of staff, both within the classroom and throughout the school
- Ability to monitor, assess and report on the progress of your students
- Able to plan and deliver engaging and dynamic lessons
- Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively
Year 1 Teacher Requirements :
- Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification
- Recent mainstream school-based experience teaching in a Primary School
- Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management
- SEND experience is desirable
