About the Role :
In this role, you’ll work as part of a vibrant team, participating in a range of events and promotional activities where you’ll be responsible for introducing the public to the incredible work of our non-profit clients.
This is more than just sales; it’s about building connections and making a difference by raising funds and awareness for vital causes.
You’ll be equipped with all the training and tools necessary to become a skilled sales professional who excels in the field.
Your day-to-day activities will revolve around engaging with potential supporters at carefully chosen event venues, including markets, community events, shopping centers, and exhibitions,
ensuring that our charity partners gain the maximum exposure possible.
Responsibilities :
- Event Engagement : Represent our non-profit partners at various events, interacting with the public and providing detailed information about their missions and how individuals can contribute.
- Sales Performance : Drive sales through engaging and meaningful conversations, using a consultative approach to help potential donors understand the impact of their support.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with your teammates to brainstorm and implement effective sales strategies, sharing tips and techniques to achieve collective success.
- Reporting & Feedback : Track your sales and performance metrics, providing feedback on campaign effectiveness and actively participating in regular training sessions to develop your skills.
- Customer Relationship Building : Develop lasting relationships with potential and existing donors by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional, friendly presence at all times.
- Setup and Logistics : Assist in event setup, ensuring promotional materials are well-organized, and the event space is inviting and engaging for the public.
Requirements :
- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK. We cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas.
- Candidates must not have applied for any of our openings in the past 30 days.
- Must be available to work full-time, with flexibility to attend events that may occur during evenings or weekends.
- Strong passion for sales and interest in helping non-profit organizations; experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is preferred but not essential.
- Comfortable working in a face-to-face sales environment. (Please note : This is not a digital marketing role.)
- Excellent communication skills,
with an enthusiastic, approachable, and professional attitude.
- Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
