£26,712 - £28,047 per annum (pro rata)
12-month, fixed term contract

About the Role
An opportunity has arisen to join the administration team as a Subject Administrator in the School of Animal, Rural and Environmental Sciences based at our Brackenhurst Campus, on a fixed-term contract for 12 months running January - December 2025 (exact dates TBC).
This will be a hybrid role where you will be required to come onto campus on one of your working days each week, working from home on the other.
You will be providing frontline comprehensive administrative support, dealing with students, staff,
and associated internal / external stakeholders.
A commitment to providing an exceptional level of customer service and support is paramount.
You will be involved in all aspects of course administration, including management of student records, student assessments, quality assurance processes, and Boards of Examiners.
An ability to prioritise your workload and to be effective in changing situations is essential. We are seeking a proactive individual with relevant previous experience working in a busy administrative office, preferably within an educational environment.
