Our client is the UKsfirst premium fitness supergroup home to leading boutique fitnessbrands across London.

We are seeking a passionateand dynamic General Manager to oversee daily operations at ourprestigious studios. Your goal will be to ensure smooth studiooperations deliver exceptional workouts and community experiencesand maintain a positive environment for both clients andstaff.

The DayJob :

OperationalManagement :

- Ensure theefficient and effective daily operation of thestudio.
- Promptly address and resolveoperational issues.






- Implement and ensurecompliance with standard operatingprocedures.
- Conduct regular health and safetyaudits train staff on procedures and maintain records ofincidents.
- Inspect the studio regularly tomaintain cleanliness organisation and a welcomingatmosphere.
- Develop and manage the studiosbudget in collaboration with the Support Hubteam.
- Monitor and report on financialperformance including attendance revenue stock payroll and costcontrols.
- Communicate strategic goals anddecisions from the Support Hub to studio teams and act as aliaison.
- Provide feedback to senior managementon strategic initiatives and studioperformance.

CustomerServiceExcellence :

- Maintainhigh levels of customer service and ensure exceptional customerexperiences.
- Develop community strategies andintegrate this mentality into stafftraining.
- Actively monitor and strive todeliver constant exceptional customerexperiences.

TeamBuilding :

- Recruit trainand onboard frontofhouse team members.
- Create afun challenging and rewarding workenvironment.






- Manage coach and developstudiobased operational teammembers.
- Incentivise team members in line withcompany policy.
- Lead ongoing learning anddevelopment of team members on company systems andprocesses.
- Mentor team members for success andpersonal growth.

Salesand LocalOutreach :

- Collaborateon local outreach and partnership plans.
- Planand execute customer retention referral and B2Bstrategies.
- Create and implement a monthlylocal marketing calendar.
- Followcompanydirected sales processes andsystems.
- Propose ideas to improve studioattendance and occupancyrates.

- Minimum 3 years of teammanagement experience ideally in the health fitness wellness retailor hospitality sector.
- Proven track record inmanaging change building a team and developingtalent.
- Proven operational managementexperience preferably in a fitnessenvironment.
