Job description
We are currently seeking a dedicated andpassionate Year 1 Teacher to join a diverse school in KingstonSouthwest London starting in January Start.

Year 1 TeacherResponsibilities
Create andimplement lesson plans that align with the national curriculum andschool guidelines
Deliver engaging and effectiveinstruction to Year 1 students promoting active participation andacademic growth
Use a variety of teachingstrategies and resources to cater to different learningstyles
Provide constructive feedback and supportto students to enhance their learningexperiences
Create and maintain a positive andinclusive classroom atmosphere
Collaborate withcolleagues to develop and implement schoolwide initiatives andprograms
Communicate regularly with parents andguardians regarding student progress anddevelopment
Year1 Teacher Requirements
Hold arelevant teaching qualification and QTS (Qualified TeacherStatus)
Proven experience in teaching Year 1students including knowledge of the nationalcurriculum
Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to effectively interact with studentscolleagues and parents
Strong organizational andadministrative abilities to manage lesson planning assessments andreporting
Passionate about education anddedicated to fostering a love for learning in youngstudents
Ability to create a positive andinclusive learning environment that promotes studentengagement
Flexibility and adaptability to meetthe individual needs of students and respond to changes in theeducationalenvironment
