About the Role :
- Design and deliver engaging and informative Chemistry lessons across all year groups, adhering to the National Curriculum.
- Cultivate a stimulating and supportive learning environment that fosters a love of Maths,
critical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Guide students in developing a comprehensive understanding of core scientific concepts, experimental methods, and practical applications.
- Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE, A-Level, and beyond).
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Chemistry department and contribute to school-wide events.
The Ideal Candidate :
- Possesses a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Chemistry or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrates a strong passion for Chemistry and a captivating teaching style.
- Excels in communication, interpersonal skills, and classroom management within a diverse learning environment.
- Fosters a positive and inclusive learning environment that challenges and motivates students.
