Yourpurpose will be :

To support thehousekeeping leadership in all areas to ensure consistency andexcellence in service standards. To drive quality through supportdevelopment and training of the guest servicing agents and HOHporters.

You will be accountablefor :

- Taking ownershipfor showcasing our rooms and public areas ensuring the higheststandards of cleanliness
- Ensuring the seamlessrunning of the housekeeping department alongside the housekeepingleadership






- Providing support and supervisionfor all areas and colleagues within the housekeeping and laundryteam
- Driving quality through high attention todetail and seeking every opportunity to enhance and personalise theguest experience

Yourkey responsibilities & contribution willbe :

- Supervising thework of guest servicing agents and HOH porters taking correctiveaction when needed and taking each opportunity to train and developcolleagues
- Opening / closing of the department asper rota. Assigning daily tasks and specialduties
- Administration tasks including rotasstationary orders attendance records
- Roominspections in line with our service standards and acknowledgingguest preferences
- Room audits in order tomonitor colleague progress and driveperformance
- Running handovermeetings
- Ensure all relevant areas are cleantidy and fully stocked
- Building relationshipsand working closely with other teams in thehotel
- Working alongside leadership to train andcoach colleagues specifically to help drive selfchecking ofrooms






- Reporting all maintenanceissues / upholstery repairs through the correct channels and takingownership to ensure complete follow up
- Accuraterecording and follow up of guest requests / specialrequests
- Ensuring public areacleanliness
- Handling guest requests belongingsand personal items with the utmost care security anddiscretion.
- To be fully knowledgeable of allhotel services and facilities to proactively assistguests
- Other duties as specified byHousekeepingLeadership.

Qualifications :

What youwill need to do thisrole :

Essential :

- 35 years experience within a luxury hospitalityenvironment
- The ability to prioritise andorganise meeting deadlines with qualityresults
- Warm enthusiastic and positivepersonality with the ability to build trusting relationships withothers.






- Able to work under pressure and at highspeed.
- Physically fit. Frequently reachingstanding and walking.
- Can do attitude and ableto adapt to changes
- Problem solvingabilities
- High level of attention todetail
- Outstanding communication skills bothwritten & spoken
- Demonstrate honestyand integrity
- Hands on approach and fullyflexible at work (flexible in hours and days available to workspecially evenings andweekends)

Desirable :

- Priorsupervisory experience
- Experience in multipleareas of the housekeeping function such as the laundry serviceadministration and leadingpeople
