Year 3 Class Teacher (FullTime)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committedYear 3 Teacher to join our vibrant and forwardthinking primaryschool located in Slough.

KeyResponsibilities :
- Planand deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculumtailored to meet the diverse needs of Year 3pupils.
- Create a positive and inclusivelearning environment where all students are supported andchallenged to reach their full potential.
- Use arange of teaching strategies and resources to inspire and motivatechildren in their learning.
- Assess and monitorpupil progress providing timely feedback and adapting teaching tomeet individual learning needs.
- Workcollaboratively with colleagues to plan and share good practicecontributing to the schools ethos of continualimprovement.
- Foster strong relationships withparents and carers ensuring open communication and engagement intheir childs development.
- Uphold high standardsof behaviour and academic achievement while promoting the schoolsvalues andvision.
PersonSpecification :
- QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experienceteaching at the primary level ideally within Key Stage2.
- Strong knowledge of the Year 3 curriculumand assessment frameworks.
- Passionate abouteducation with a creative approach to teaching andlearning.
- Excellent communication andorganisational skills.
- Ability to workeffectively as part of a team showing initiative and a proactiveattitude.
- Commitment to safeguarding andpromoting the welfare ofchildren.
