If you answered yesto the above we have the perfect role for you. As a Sales Manageryou will be in charge of leading the day to day running of thesales and retention throughout theclub.
DailyDuties
- In charge ofleading all sales via in reach andoutreach
- Dealing with membership enquiries viaphone email and face to face ensuring a high standard of memberexperience providing precise information to prospectivemembers
- Establish and maintain positiverelationships with existing members to increase member retentionand referral business
- Support and work withmarketing strategies KPIs and initiatives throughout theclub
- Planning and running marketing and memberevents in and out of club
- Maintain accurate anduptodate records of sales activities and member information in ourCRM system
- Be front facing for any memberenquires
- Engaging in B2B sales creatingcorporate and membershipdeals
EssentialRequirements
- Proventrack record of success in membershipsales
- Excellent customer serviceexperience
