Year 3 / 4 TeacherResponsibilities
Plan prepare anddeliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 3 / 4students.
Implement appropriate teachingstrategies to engage and inspire students.
Assess and monitor student progress providing regular feedback andsetting targets for improvement.
Collaboratewith colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share bestpractices.
Maintain a safe and inclusiveclassroom environment that promotes respectful behaviour andpositive relationships.
Communicate effectivelywith parents / guardians to provide updates on student progress andaddress any concerns.
Participate in staffmeetings professional development workshops and other schoolactivities as required.
Year 3 / 4Teacher Requirements
Bachelorsdegree in Education or a related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience teaching Year 3 / 4 students in a primary schoolsetting.
Excellent knowledge of the NationalCurriculum and assessment methods.
Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.
Abilityto differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individuallearners.
Dedication to ongoing professionaldevelopment and a commitment to staying uptodate with the latesteducational practices.
Flexibility andadaptability to work effectively in a collaborative teamenvironment.
