Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Contract Type : Permanent- Full-time

Role Overview :
Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our recruitment process and ensuring compliance with right-to-work regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruiting : Assist in identifying and attracting top talent across various channels.
- Candidate Communication : Engage with potential candidates, conduct initial screenings, and provide updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Compliance : Verify candidates' ID and ensure compliance with right-to-work regulations and other relevant legal requirements.
Requirements :
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with candidates.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy, particularly in compliance and document checking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR would be an advantage, but not essential.
