Position : Customer Service Advisor
Start Date : ASAP
Working Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm
Pay Rate : £11.44ph
Commitment : Temporary 4 weeks this could be extended

Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming phone calls from customers.

- Update and maintain the customer database with relevant details.
- Provide recommendations and solutions to customer inquiries or issues.
Requirements :
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a must.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
- Proficient data inputting skills to uphold accurate record-keeping.
