Job description
We have an opening for a Front of House Supervisor to join our team.
- Up to 30 hours per week, fixed to suit the candidate.
- Mixture of daytime and evening shifts from Wednesday to Sunday as site is closed on Monday and Tuesday.
Duties include :
- Running lunch and dinner services ensuring our high standards of customer service and enjoyment are maintained.
- Working alongside management with team training, development and motivation of the Front of House team.
- Dealing with customer feedback effectively.
- Daily inspections of restaurant and pub to maintain high standards .
The qualities we’re seeking are :
- Personality, confidence and drive with flair, enthusiasm and an appetite for being hospitable.
- At least a year’s hospitality management service and three years in customer service.
- Skill and knowledge of our style of service, food and drinks.
- Maintains our standards but contributes ideas, methods and helps drive us forward.

- Competitive remuneration - £12 / hour or pro-rata salary.
- Full share of tips without company deductions equivalent to £3.75 / hour or £7,500 per year (pro-rata based on 45 hours a week)

The recruitment process will be as follows :
- You will be invited to an interview.
- Successful interviewees will be invited to do a trial shift.
- If you enjoy the shift and we feel you’re the right person, you will be asked to a final interview and trial shift.
- The successful candidate will undergo four-six weeks of induction and initial training.
