Job description

Responsibilities

- Front of house duties
- Meeting & greeting guests
- Answering office phone (main Expleo Tech line)
- Collect post, scan and email to the addressee
- Collecting and unpacking deliveries
- Franking post / Post Office drops
- Logging maintenance on the Office portal
- Liaising with Kitt (external office management company)
- Lunch and Breakfast orders induction days / Breakfast Club
- Booking desks for new starters / register them into the building
- Assist with preparing new starters welcome boxes
- Arranging couriers to collect leavers equipment
- Stock checks stationary and branded merchandise
- Ad-hoc tasks laminating, printing, scanning etc
- Assisting with events
- First Aid and Fire Safety officer






- Working closely with the office admin team to provide help to the wider business community for general and / or specific tasks assigned by Office Manager

Qualifications

No essential education required

Essential skills

- A client / customer service role
- Supporting a demanding and dynamic team including senior stakeholders
- Exercising considerable judgment in building relationships across all organisational levels and functions
- Excellent communication skills (good command over English language written and spoken
- Flexibility to adaptable to the needs of the department
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise across
