De Vere Horsley Estate has 180 bedrooms, 51 meeting and event spaces, a restaurant, 3 bars, gym and swimming pool. It offers a charming lakeside mansion house, Horsley Towers and the equally impressive Horsley place all set within 75 acres of beautiful Surrey parkland.
Our team at Horsley Estate hold regular colleague events and activities including the annual family summer BBQ party, colleague wellbeing yoga classes and badminton club.

Chef de Partie
Would you like to join our team as a Chef de Partie at De Vere Horlsey Estate in East Horsley, where you'll experience an exciting blend of variety, industry-leading professional development, and a vibrant work environment?
We're looking for a Chef De Partie who is looking for a couple of flexible shifts per week. Whether its to expand your knowledge base, your looking to rejoin the hospitality industry or to working around your lifestyle.
As a Chef de Partie you will :
- Work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop, and have the opportunity to develop your career with De Vere
- Showcase your culinary skills by preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your speciality
What we look for in a Chef de Partie :
- Prior experience as a Chef working in a busy kitchen environment
- High standards of cleanliness and food hygiene to maintain our health & safety standards
- Attention to detail to help create memorable culinary experiences for our guests
