Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and enhancing student learning.
- Provide individualised and small group support to students requiring extra help.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a well-structured environment.
- Assist in organising teaching materials and classroom resources.
- Offer support to students with special educational needs (SEN) as needed.
- Participate in school events, activities, and meetings with parents as required.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, preferably in a primary school setting.
- A caring, patient, and supportive approach when working with children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are a plus, though not essential.
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
