An excellent opportunity has arisen for a senior banking lawyer to join the leading Asset-Based Lending team of a highly regarded UK law firm. Our client is a top 30 UK firm with a strong City practice.
The team is rapidly expanding and works on some of the largest and most complex transactions in the market.
The successful candidate will manage the full transaction lifecycle, including drafting and negotiating facility agreements and security documents, handling intercreditor arrangements, and drafting standard form precedents.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years' PQE, gained at a highly regarded banking & finance practice in the UK, with prior experience in asset-based lending.
An excellent academic background and a stable career record are essential for this role.
