As a Share Schemes Manager, you’ll immerse in a flourishing business tax specialist team, focusing on delivering bespoke employee share schemes services to a diverse client base across various industry sectors. Your client-facing role, team collaboration skills, and ability to meet deadlines will be crucial.Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing share schemes and broader employment-related security tax advisory work for both standalone companies and groups.Engaging with HMRC on valuations and clearances.Executing share schemes advisory tasks, including EMI and CSOP design and drafting, growth share design and implementation, share valuations, and the preparation of share schemes sections of due diligence reports.Nurturing and guiding junior team members.Mastering billing and client management to ensure optimal service delivery.The team is looking to grow, and there is plenty of opportunity for you to advance to senior manager and beyond.
