Define the project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables, in consultation with the client and other stakeholders.Establish and maintain effective project governance, processes, and systems, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, health, and environment standards.Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, and monitor and control the project progress, performance, and risks.Manage the project budget and resources and ensure timely and accurate invoicing and reporting.Communicate and coordinate with the project team, the client, and other consultants, throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare and present regular project updates and reports, highlighting achievements, issues, and recommendations.Lead and facilitate the resolution of any problems or conflicts that may arise during the project.Ensure the delivery of the project outcomes,





meeting or exceeding the client's expectations and satisfaction.Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients and assist in the preparation of bid proposals.Qualifications the Senior Project Manager will have:
A degree in a construction/property related discipline.A professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture.Experience in delivering CAT B office fit-out projects, preferably in a consultancy environment.Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.A proactive and problem-solving attitude,
