S4/H Group Reporting (essential), SAP BPC, SAP BCS (Will provide additional advantage).Financial and Management Reporting – SAP Group Data Analysis, Fiori Reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud and Analysis for Office.Financial close process – Statutory Reporting process, Local Statutory Reporting process, Management Reporting process.Last leg reporting – SAP Disclosure Reporting,

You will have conversations with a client to understand their pain points and provide a view of good practice in the market and the industry. You need to formulate an understanding of business requirements, design, build and test and promote solutions to the production environment. You would be required to communicate at all levels of a client's finance,

Leadership:
As a manager we expect you to be a leader, someone that can lead teams and new opportunities and set direction.Participate in identifying, qualification, creating proposals for new opportunities.Project work, you need to lead the team:
Understanding the scope of work and business opportunity.During the collection and documentation of the business requirements for statutory and management consolidations.In gathering possible solutions to meet the business requirements,





create a point of view and what good could look like.Conduct solution review boards.Creating business process and application design and linking the design back to the requirements and the SOW.Through the business change impact assessment, identifying the training curriculum required to cover the change and assist in training creation.Through building and testing the proposed solution, linking back to best practice.To think about the target operating model to support the future solution.Cutover, hypercare and closing the project.Assist in managing people in the organisation.Help to grow the Enterprise Performance Management capability with a focus on the close process by creating and building a library of assets to use during new opportunities and implementations.Undertaking practice development activities including contributing to thought leadership pieces, running industry events, delivering training or managing team communications.Connect to your skills and professional experience EssentialsHands on experience in financial close and reporting technology S/4H Group Reporting (essential), other applications like SAP BPC, SAP BCS, SAP BFC or equivalent will add an advantage. Reporting SAP Group Data Analysis, Fiori Reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud and Analysis for Office SAP Group Reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Disclosure or Workiva or equivalent.End to end implementation experience.Expertise across the full lifecycle of the enterprise performance management including the close process (Data ingestion, Validation, Translation, IG Elimination and Consolidation of investments, Financial performance analysis and management reporting adjustments).Understanding of last mile reporting and applications like SAP Disclosure management or Workiva.Very good knowledge of S/4 HANA Group Reporting data structures and the link to S/4H or S/4H CFIN. You understand ACDOCA and ACDOCU concepts.Knowledge and experience in SAP BW4/HANA and hyperscale technologies.Hands on project experience including business requirements analysis, scoping, design and configuration with one of the tools above, on at least:
(Consultant) Two full implementation lifecycles.(Senior Consultant) Three full implementation lifecycles.(Manager)





Four+ full implementation lifecycles.Ability to translate technical information to non-technical individuals is essential, as well as the ability to present this to a range of audiences in a clear, concise, appropriate manner.Excellent communication skills.Advanced MS Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Consistent high quality personal and professional standards.Additional desirable experience includes:
