The Senior Brand Partnerships & Business Development Manager will drive growth in the portfolio size of key brand partners for TOTUM membership audiences. Through B2B marketing for inbound and identifying potential brands for outbound, the role will focus on securing key partners that resonate with TOTUM membership and provide commercial growth from marketing campaign sponsorship tenancy. Closely collaborating with the Senior Brand Partner Affiliate Manager, the role will also focus on attaining exclusive offers and benefits that will support increasing the TOTUM membership size.

Key Responsibilities

- Working with the business executive leadership team,





shape the partnerships strategy for TOTUM and ensure its efficient delivery provides growth of our brand portfolio, offer inventory and increases revenue
- Drive the Business Development programme to convert inbound leads and identify outbound leads to develop long term commercial relationships with partners that will benefit TOTUM members
- Drive the B2B marketing strategy with a focus on growing the awareness and profile of the TOTUM platform to prospective partners
- Work closely with the Senior Brand Partner Affiliate Manager and their team to increase the size and quality of the TOTUM partner portfolio, targeting exclusive offers and benefits to engage our membership
- Drive and grow the Brand Partnerships & Business Development operations we enhance the scale of return for commercial growth

Specific Duties and Actions

- Ensure a smooth and efficient process for onboarding and handover, ensuring our monday.com platform workspace and sales processes are at the centre, driving success for the brand partner, a best in class service and KPI setting from the start






- Working with the Director of Membership, advise on the B2B technology and development project needs, prioritise workloads with business cases provided to support where necessary
- Identify and attend key industry events, demonstrating ROI and cultivating successful commercial relationships to drive affiliate and sales performance
- Constantly drive technological innovation across the tech stack in search of improvements in B2B marketing and inventory performance, tracking, customer journeys, affiliate technology, process and efficiency and reporting
- Lead and drive continuous improvement to the B2B partner hub collaborate.totum.com, including collateral & performance






- Keep up to date in the latest news across the affiliate and student discounting industry and implement learnings where possible to drive improvements in performance

Shared Duties and Activities

- To assist other members of One Voice departments as required.
- To develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external contacts including (but not exclusively): line managers, staff and others involved in digital product usage.
- To undertake any other reasonable duties or projects as required by your Line Manager.
