We are seeking a highly experienced Deputy Account Director to join a prestigious national catering operation. If you are a driven professional with a proven track record of managing multi-million-pound operations, leading large teams across multiple sites, and have a passion for innovation,

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multi-million-pound catering operations across various locations.
- Lead, inspire, and manage large, diverse teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Drive forward initiatives focused on innovation, ensuring the highest standards in catering services.
- Champion Sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, playing a crucial role in advancing our commitment to environmental and social responsibility.
- Collaborate closely with clients and senior stakeholders to exceed expectations and achieve business goals.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as Group or Operations Manager or similar senior role within large-scale catering or hospitality sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-site operations and large teams.
- A strategic thinker with a focus on sustainability, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to foster a high-performing culture.
- A sharp commercial acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
