Teaching Assistants (Autism Facility) – required to start as soon as possible.
Teaching Assistant: 30 hours per week – Term Time Only – Monday to Friday 08.45am to 15.15pm.
Salary: Single Status Grade 3 – £22,737 per annum (pro rata)
Contract: Permanent
We are looking for passionate, adaptable and committed Teaching Assistants to join our team supporting students from our specialist Autism Facility. The successful candidates will be working with students with learning, communication and emotional needs. Experience and knowledge of supporting students with Autism is an advantage but not essential. Training will be provided.
We are seeking calm and proactive individuals with the skills to create a positive learning environment whereby students are engaged, motivated and supported to access the mainstream curriculum and be successful. Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Previous experience in a similar role and a good standard of education would be advantageous.
