Buyer – Design-Led Contemporary Womenswear Brand (Selection Based)

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Assortment Planning: Collaborate with the Product Director and creative teams to build and execute a compelling product assortment across the wovens category,
identifying key opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the competition by continuously monitoring market trends, conducting regular comp shops, and gathering insights on pricing and product performance to inform commercial decisions.
• Collection Development: Work closely with the design team to curate seasonal collections, advising on color palettes, textures, and fabrics to ensure the brand’s high standards are reflected in every piece.
• Supplier Relationships: Build and nurture strong partnerships with suppliers, negotiating competitive terms and ensuring top-quality products are delivered on time.
• Driving Profitability: Manage the critical path and develop pricing strategies that focus on maximizing sales and profitability while maintaining the brand’s premium positioning.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have solid experience as a Buyer or Junior Buyer within a premium or luxury design-led brand.
You should be commercially savvy, trend-aware, and have a keen eye for detail, along with excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
