To provide a comprehensive, reliable, confidential secretarial and admin service to support the Consultant Psychiatrist and clinical team. To ensure the smooth running of the team which includes; Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist, Specialist Registrar, Senior House Officer, Occupational Therapist, Senior Nurse, Community Psychiatric Nurse, Social Worker and Pharmacist.

- Provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to the Consultant Psychiatrist and the Medical Team
- Maintain good working relationships with all members of the multidisciplinary team, adhering to BSMHFT Everyday Behaviours Guide and Trust Values
- Attend and accurately minute the weekly Clinical Team Meeting/CPA
- Ability to tactfully deal with crisis calls and calls of a highly sensitive nature.
- Accurately minute all meetings and required by the Consultant and the multi-disciplinary team.
- Able to prioritise own workload, working independently and on own initiative.
- Accurately manage consultants calendar
- Liase with Ministry of Justice/MHRT
