Trainee Service Advisor / Service Receptionist – Epsom

Salary: £25,000 + £5,000 annual bonus
Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday + breaks, 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 9am - 1pm (soon to increase to 1 in 4, paid as overtime)

About the Role As a Trainee Service Advisor / Service Receptionist, you will receive full training from experienced Service Advisors and supportive management to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced dealership environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about customer service and looking for career progression in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities as a Trainee Service Receptionist:
Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and via phone
Assist with the coordination of vehicle servicing and repairs
Communicate with customers about vehicle updates, repairs, and additional work required
Handle inbound customer inquiries and manage call-backs
Assist with parts ordering, vehicle check-out preparation, and customer follow-up
