About the role:

We’re looking for a Junior Designer to join our Brand & Marketing team.





This role will look after the ongoing design of all elements of our brand touchpoints; from packaging to digital to physical brand collateral.

Your team:

You will be part of the Brand team, alongside our Marketing executive, and your line manager will be our Head of Brand.

Key responsibilities

- Design our packaging, executing our Brand book guidelines across all of our product packaging.
- Maintain and develop our Brand book guidelines.
- Design a variety of printed marketing collateral including brochures, retailer point of sale & restaurant menus and cards.
- Produce graphics and artwork for social media, email marketing, websites, digital campaigns & more
- Generating ideas and keeping on top of key trends across design
- Support the Head of Brand & wider team on projects, including working with external design and branding agencies ad hoc.

About you:

This role is a very important one within our Brand team at Plants and will be instrumental to our brand’s look and feel as we grow.





It is ideally suited to a designer with experience designing for multiple touchpoints who is looking to progress to lead designer as we grow.

You are:

Passionate – we need someone is passionate about growing a Plant Based food business, and who has a hard working and flexible approach to work. You need to be willing to embrace challenges that arise & work to find solutions.

Experienced Creative – proven work experience as a designer across both packaging and digital. You be able to think outside the box with creative flair. Experience styling photoshoots (particularly food) a plus.

Organised – this role will require a managing a varied workload in a fast-paced environment; accuracy,





efficiency and strong attention to detail will be crucial to your success. You will need to be organised to ensure you are working efficiently to meet deadlines.

Collaborative team player – we want someone who can work well with others, build our team culture and lend a hand when needed, for example at consumer events.
