Junior Graphic Designer+ Marketer to join a bold print media agency in London. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role is a unique blend of creative design and marketing, ideal for someone looking to grow their career in both fields.

The Role

As a Junior Graphic Designer + Junior Marketer, your primary focus will be taking ownership of design for clients' print media campaigns. You will also support various marketing activities, making this role perfect for someone passionate about both design and marketing.

You will be responsible for designing visually compelling materials like A5 brochures, leaflets, flyers, posters, and promotional assets for client projects. In addition,





you’ll assist in developing marketing collateral for PPC campaigns, creating social media graphics, and supporting the internal team with design needs.

You will work across various industries, while also contributing to internal content creation such as sales packs, pitch decks, and social media visuals.

What you need to bring

- Experience as Junior Graphic Designer with a design portfolio showcasing range of design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch is a plus.
- Understanding print-ready materials and printing process is preferred, though not essential.
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Passion for creativity, attention to detail, and eagerness to grow in both design and marketing roles.

You will

- Manage and execute client print media campaigns
- Assist in creative marketing activities, including social media content creation, LinkedIn visuals, and internal design projects.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions






- Ensure all design output aligns with client brand guidelines and objectives.
- Support the creation of marketing assets
- Take part in optimizing and enhancing existing artwork for improved client impact.
- Manage project timelines.
