THE ROLE- Teaching Assistant
Being a Teaching Assistant, you will look after a child’s physical,
social and emotional welfare; to enable they makes the best progress as possible. This role involves helping in the classroom and with personal care tasks, including toileting. It will be very important that you will support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons across various subjects. The ideal person for this role, will be a good role model to the students and to be able to foster a positive classroom environment.
THE SCHOOL - Teaching Assistant
The primary school will consist of 470 pupils, aged 3 to 11. They have two forms of entry from Reception through to year 6 and a nursery, where they make sure all their pupils support each other to become confident, secure, caring individuals who achieve personal success and have a lifelong love of learning. They were awarded an impressive rating of ‘Good’ by Ofsted in December 2021.
