Area to be covered: South (ideally based London & South East)
Remuneration: £55,000 + £20,000 bonus

The role of the Regional Sales Manager Roof & Gutter Refurbishment Systems will involve:
Technical Regional Sales Manager sales position selling a high quality range of roofing & guttering systems / coatings
Working on predominantly refurbishment projects within both the industrial and commercial
Majority of your time will be focused on selling to national & local building surveyors, architects, building owner or FM companies
The remaining portion of your time will be spend selling directly to / offering technical support to roofing installers and contractors
Dealing with order values ranging from £5k-£300k+
Contributing to a team turnover of circa £15m
Provide in depth technical support and advice on site
The ideal applicant will be an Regional Sales Manager Roofing & Guttering Systems with:
Must have sold a technical related product range
Must have experience selling to national & local building surveyors, architects, building owner or FM companies, roofing installers and roofing contractors
Would consider a technical guru with no field sales
Must have experience working on refurbishment projects
Ideally have construction site experience
Ability to hunt for new projects whilst also building and retaining relationships along the way
Ability to sell a technical solution rather than on price
