My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy with multiple offices in London, Hursley, Cheltenham, Gloucester and Manchester (primarily working within UK GovSec) with a hybrid model of 3 days onsite p/w + ad hoc client site travel when required (fully expensed).
They are looking for a Software Developer - Tech Lead to join a rapidly growing team and are looking for candidates with the following skills & experience;
- Develop, test, and maintain cutting-edge web applications using a variety of programming languages and frameworks.
- Coding experience in object-oriented languages such as Java, TypeScript or C#
- Familiarity with front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and enhancements that delight our customers.
- Participate in agile software development practices, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our team's processes and help us become more efficient.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions to keep our client ahead of the curve.
