The role:An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to join the renowned Corporate team of a leading Top 50 law firm, based in Bristol. Ranked Tier 1 in the Legal 500, this Corporate practice is known for delivering top-tier legal advice across a broad spectrum of corporate transactions. An exciting opening has arisen for a Corporate PSL to play a key role in supporting the Corporate team, helping them stay at the forefront of legal developments and maintaining the firm’s reputation for excellence.
Your responsibilities will include:Keeping the team updated on the latest developments in corporate law and best practices. Enhancing the internal precedent bank,
best practice guides, and knowledge resources. Delivering regular training sessions to fee earners, covering both general corporate law and specialised areas.
Producing articles and client bulletins, raising the firm's profile as a leading authority on corporate law. Collaborating with the Knowledge Management team to develop innovative client-facing tools and solutions, enhancing the firm’s client service offering. This role is perfect for a Corporate lawyer with a passion for the technical side of the law, an existing PSL, or someone with in-house experience looking to return to private practice.
