You
You will have at least 6 years PQE with a following, and will be passionate about your field, experienced in undertaking a broad range of commercial property work.
Be commercially aware, applying legal expertise to offer clients commercially beneficial advice.
Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters independently or as part of a team, including leasehold, freehold, sales and purchases, leases, refinance, and landlord/tenant issues.
Demonstrate excellent client care, fostering long-term relationships, and have proven business development and networking skills.
Possess strong IT skills, experience with case management systems, and a positive, can-do attitude.
Work effectively within a team, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
