This role involves assisting with event setup, engaging with customers, driving sales, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the event.

Key Role Duties:
Sales Support: - Assist the Events Sales Manager and team in reaching sales targets. - Help manage customer inquiries - Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations for customers.





- Track and manage leads through CRM software or internal systems.
Customer Liaison: - Serve as a point of contact for customer, responding to inquiries, providing event details, and ensuring smooth communication. - Support in building and maintaining relationships with customer to ensure repeat business. - Handle client requests and ensure that their needs are met before, during, and after events.
Marketing and Promotion: - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and generate leads. - Attend networking events and trade shows to support business development efforts.
Administrative Tasks: - Maintain detailed records of event sales, contracts, and client communications. - Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities. - Ensure all payments and billing processes for events are accurate and timely.
